He has supported not only me, but also my purchaser, offering advice and guidance whenever it was needed. He has even been there to offer advice on my onward purchase, which he certainly didn’t have to do! Buying and selling a house can be stressful, and there have definitely been a few moans and frustrations along the way, but Dave has always been at the end of the phone — sometimes simply listening, which has been just as valuable as the practical advice. He is approachable, knowledgeable, supportive and clearly cares about getting everyone through the process rather than simply agreeing a sale and disappearing.
